Removal from List

A GP has the right to remove a patient from his/her list and may do so if:

• A patient moves outside the practice area
• The GP considers that there has been an irreversible breakdown in relationships with the patient

We only remove patients from our list in extreme cases and as part of our agreement with the Secretary of State, we are not required to provide a reason but will endeavour to do so.
